Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel your application for our service at any time prior to your order being processed.
If you cancel before we have processed your application, we will issue a full refund.
If you cancel after we have processed your application, we cannot issue a refund, as your charge will have already been submitted to NCP and is non-refundable.
To cancel, contact us in writing (email is preferred) with your name, transaction number, and registration number. If you cannot provide all requested information, supply what you can, and we will contact you for additional details. Please use the email support@gatwickdropoffcharge.co.uk.

Application Form: The application form to be completed by You for payment of the Gatwick Drop-off Charge, available on the Website.

Drop-off Charge: The charge payable for dropping off passengers at Gatwick Airport.
Service: The "Review and Submission" service provided by Airlink Payments Ltd, which includes reviewing and submitting your application to NCP.

2. Preliminary Requirements

You must be 18 years old or above to use the Service.
You warrant that you have the authority to enter into and be bound by these Terms.

3. Formation of the Contract

The contract commences upon receipt of the Service Charge and remains in force unless terminated per these Terms.
Airlink Payments Ltd reserves the right to refuse access to the Service at its sole discretion.

4. Consent

You expressly consent to Airlink Payments Ltd submitting your application electronically to NCP.

5. Airlink Payments Ltd's Obligations

Airlink Payments Ltd will review and submit your application to NCP.
Airlink Payments Ltd will endeavor to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee fault-free operation.
Changes to these Terms will be communicated via the Website with at least 7 days’ notice.

6. Your Obligations

You agree to provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
You shall not use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or commercial purposes.

7. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

You must pay the Service Charge in advance.
Refunds are not available once the application has been processed, except at Airlink Payments Ltd's discretion.

8. Termination

Airlink Payments Ltd may terminate the Service if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate the Service with 7 days' notice via email or customer support.

9. Privacy Policy

Airlink Payments Ltd enforces a strict privacy policy. The terms of the Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Airlink Payments Ltd owns all Intellectual Property Rights related to the Website and Service.

11. Exclusions of Warranties and Liabilities
